For some reason, I couldn't see the embeded youtube vid on Firefox but just checked it on IE. The singer is Yetenayet Bahiru (We were in Uni-AVU together) who also produced and directed the movie. I called her today after I saw this post to ask her ur question and she told me that she is the one who did the song on the promo clip but the gal on the vid who is lip syncing is another gal called Mafi-rapper/designer. Yetenayet hasn't done any song that has been released as far as I know but back in Uni, I remember that she did a song with Elias Melka- the famous Ethiopian producer. It isn't still released and I don't think she has plans to release it. Can upload it here if she allows me. It is pretty good (I like it much more than this one U posted) especially considering it was done long time ago . She said at the time that she wrote it in Grade 12. Nuff said

Good to know that qaal. She will be flying to LA tonight to stay there for a while and show her movie. I will remind her to get the film to Ur city. U can also add her on Fb and chat with her when she is online. Cheers.
