Ethiopian English aka Englaric

I am sure U guys have heard this before. U know people who coin their own words,make grammar mistakes and commit murder on the famous language. For example to say that I was hurt some say "hurted honeku". It makes me smile every time. Laughing

Btw that is a grammar mistake which doesn't necessarily make it Ethiopian but we mainly fall for it because the education system is not very strong. A friend of mine told me that he was beaten in Elementary school (Meskaye Zuna) by his teacher after he corrected the teacher on a grammar mistake. Sad story but it makes me want to laugh Laughing out loud. I think what makes this matter worse is the fact that many are not ready to accept their faults.
