Child raised by cats and dogs
The girl, who is unable to speak, was discovered living in a squalid flat in the Siberian city of Chita.
Police said she had never been allowed outside and had adopted the behaviour of the animals she lived with.
They said she now "barked like a little dog" and jumped at the door when her carers left the room.
Police are questioning the girl's mother, but her father has not yet been found.
'Animal language'
A police statement said the girl was unwashed, dressed in filthy clothes and had the "clear attributes of an animal".
"For five years, the girl was 'brought up' by several dogs and cats and had never been outside," the statement said.
The police said the girl had managed to master "animal language only", but seemed able to understand Russian.
Earlier this year, President Dmitry Medvedev called for more action on child abuse.
He said 750,000 children in Russia were living in "socially hazardous conditions".

I always wondered how children raised away from all human contact would grow up to be like. I guess they pick whatever their environment throws at them.

Is this true? It's so hard to believe. If you get more on this cyan please let me know. it's a bitter sweet story, so sad but at the same time a great discovery. Maybe one day we'll learn to communicate with animals like Dolittle. Very interesting!

Oh I prefer what cats think
Oh I prefer what cats think instead. Dogs are so easy to figure out. Cats can be so snobbish like my obese cat who thinks he is too cool for me. He sleeps in the tariya now. I am just scared that he may want a lemonade to go with the sun. Sometimes he makes me feel like he is the owner of the house. He even started to stare at me making me feel guilty
I would give anything to find out about what goes on in that fat head of his. I know he is a snob and all but I still can't answer why.

the girl hehe. There is a saying in Ethiopia which says "Guadegnahen asayegena manenetehen enegerehalehu" Maybe they should replace Guadegna with Asadagi or sth 
Zabu I have read stories which say the same thing. Ppl say that cats can also see evil spirits but U just can't prove stories like that. I once had a cat who sometimes used to meoooooooow so much after going in a dark room. He comes out looking very scared.
